Ultimately you’ll be charged for the fines if you do not follow your carrier’s guidelines.

Also, remember that your vehicle is only insured for transport. Your personal items will not be insured and weather factors such as excessive heat may damage your property. One example is electronic items that may be damage because of summer heat.
